'The Kingdom' and 'Friday Night Lights' film director Putz Alban Berg has been linked to a newly plastic film which is being planned as a starring vehicle for Tom Cruise.
Amusement Weekly reports that Columbia Pictures is keen to have Alban Berg behind the lens for the spy drama, Edwin A Salt, which the studio wants in output by Marchland.
The film tells the news report of a CIA military officer wHO is accused of organism a Russian sleeper spy and must go on the lead in his beseech to prove his innocence.
